Return & Exchange policy

1. If a customer orders the wrong size and wants to replace it, they need to send the item back to our provided address. Once we receive the parcel, the customer can inform us of the desired size, and we will send the replacement. All delivery charges for the exchange will be paid by the customer.
2. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the customer may choose an item of equal or greater value instead.
3. We do not accept returns.
4. If we mistakenly send an incorrect size that does not match our size chart, or if the item is defective or of poor quality, the customer has the right to request an exchange or return. In such cases, we will cover all delivery charges. However, the customer will need to send the parcel back to our address, and we will reimburse those costs.
5. Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited to the customer’s account within 10 working days after we receive the parcel.
